We stayed at the hotel for a week and used it as a base for sightseeing. Although it is definitely not comfortable walking distance from the city centre the transport system is excellent. The bus stop for the 7A is just across the road and the bus takes you to the Mall (5 mins) and the Central train station (15 mins). Alternatively the S Train station at Sydnhavn is a 10 min walk and takes 2 stop to get to the Central train station (5 mins). The easiest way to get from the Airport to the hotel is to take the Metro to the Central station and then change to the S Train to Sydnhavn. This train terminates at Koge and this is the station to look out for on the information screens. There is an excellent booking office at the Central station where you buy tickets or get information. On the way out of the Airport there is a lot of ticketing machines to buy City transport passes. We started with a 3 day small city pass costing about £25 each. There is an assistant in the area to help. Worth the money as it gives free rides on buses, metro and S Trains. Breakfast in the hotel was substantial and sets you up for the day. We snacked at lunchtime and had dinner in the Mall. We used the 7A bus to get there and after our meal we walked alongside a canal into town (1h) and then caught the 7A bus back to the hotel from Central station. We had two trips away from Copenhagen. One to Lund and Malmo. The other to Kronborg Castle. Bought train tickets from Central station. The Reception staff at the hotel are extremely helpful, any doubts ask them.

Cheap and poor quality food for breakfast. Semi fried fatty bacon chrisp and scrambled eggs with little egg in it. A dirty and dangerous buffet where 200+ guest must touch the same handles and knifes. Rooms fair but no the and coffee.

Very good value for money. Very friendly staff, good breakfast and free car parking is a plus for a city like Copenhagen. It is a little bit far away from city centre but still manageable. There was a restoration in the hotel during our stay but we even did not see/feel it. Rooms are clean, with decent supplements like ironing. It was quite big for the family stay option.

Rooms are spacious and confortable, though furniture seems to vary a bit from one room to the other (i.e. mine did not had a decent wardrobe, although on my colleagues there was a really big one). Overall good service, good breakfast and the restaurant is top notch for dinner and lunch (even though they don't have many options available on the menu, they have a "daily dish" which is usually very good)

Best part has to be the bar & restaurant. Huge screen in the bar ideal for sports. Lovely spread at breakfast. Our room (256) was quite large with basic amenities. Our main complaint is the small bathroom with the daftest shower cubicle I have ever seen. It caused a flooded bathroom floor every morning which meant we had to mop it up with our towels. We reported this to reception on the first day and in fairness the floor was cleaned and new towels left. On the second day we had a minor blockage in the shower drain which resulted in dirty water coming up mixing with the flooded floor. This was again reported and although the blockage in the drain was cleared the debris was left in the shower and our towels that mopped up the flooding were left in a pile on the floor. This was reported again and the towels were replenished. There does appear to be a refurbishment going on at the hotel so hopefully the shower cubicles will be modified.
